My list of ways to improve myself spans many categories....mental, physical, spiritual, etc. On the physical note, I think it's important that I whip my body into shape. NOTE: I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO DESIRE TO BE SKINNY. This is about being healthy and liking what I see when I look in the mirror...being comfortable in my skin.
